Daily life: the goal is always to wake up a BIT better than yesterday. BUT….

Have you noticed that when you clean for your own house for two hours, you invariably look around and say “I cleaned for THAT long!? WHAT got done!?“

It’s often because we are cleaning up debris. Debris is a time thief. It really is. Laundry can be. Meals and resulting mess can be. Kids can be (but aren’t they so cute and worth it!)

All of it results in debris.

When  I clean for someone I take it as a privilege. A ministry.  A gift.  

Tonight I’ve asked myself  the hard-to-answer question:  WOULD I do my cleaning ? No matter what?

  I think the answer is simply, yes.

Enjoyed very much cleaning 9 windows and 3 glass doors today! ... window cleaning inside and out will at least take 3 hrs

A CLEAN HOUSE IS DIFFERENT THAN A POLISHED HOUSE.

IF I am cleaning your house for the first time, it may take me about 6 hours. And it may take several visits to make it REALLY SHINE, due to layers of dirt and life. That same house will be cleaned in 3 hrs later on, if I return bimonthly. Or in two hours or so if you have a weekly subscription.

. I will also be faster if I have the house to myself, (but I don’t require that);

I know some of you have been using my weekly cleaning subscription for a while now. But others are still wondering what kind of cleaning 2 hrs IS…. I thought that I would try and explain pictorially today.

Example: to get deep grime off, it will probably take 1 or 2 hours just for the oven alone… so, you will want to choose “just the oven” for that 2 hr cleaning.. If it’s easy and maintained weekly, I will be able to quickly clean your 1 bathroom/kitchen/living room/study/floors in 2 hrs.
